We offer a 70/30 referral split to our referral partners.
We handle the transaction and keep you informed along the way. Once the deal closes, your referral commission is processed promptly.
Referral submissions are accepted from licensed Real Estate Agents and Brokers only. All referrals are handled in compliance with applicable RESPA rules and regulations.
A signed referral agreement must be completed prior to closing for referral compensation to be paid.
